Nigeria, April 6 -- A civic group, the Kwara State Movement for Development, has lauded the leadership of AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and the management of Kwara State Polytechnic for the recent reinstatement of staff previously dismissed from the institution.
In a statement issued by its chairman, Muhammed Olatunji, the group expressed profound appreciation to the state government, the Commissioner for Tertiary Education, and the Acting Rector of the polytechnic for what it described as a timely and just intervention.
The group noted that the affected workers were "illegally dismissed" under the former administration of the institution but have now been re-engaged following a review by the current polytechnic authority.
