Nigeria, July 23 -- The Legal Practitioners' Privileges Committee (LPPC) has approved the elevation of 68 legal practitioners to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), with Kwara State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Sulyman Ibrahim, among the successful applicants.

Three other legal practitioners from Kwara State also made the list of successful applicants. They are Mohammed Abiodun Adelodun, Mas'ud Mobolaji Alabelewe and Afees Hassan Adebayo.

The approval was announced in a statement dated July 23, 2026, signed by the Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and Secretary of the LPPC, Kabir Eniola Akanbi.
