Nigeria, May 21 -- The All Progressives Congress (APC) has stopped its gubernatorial primary election midway, party sources told The Informant247.

The election, which began earlier today, was suspended and rescheduled for tomorrow, May 22, 2026. The reasons for the abrupt stoppage have not been officially disclosed.

Party officials are expected to release an official statement later.
