Nigeria, May 18 -- The Senator representing Kwara Central Senatorial District, Saliu Mustapha, has called on members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara State to conduct themselves peacefully during the party's primaries taking place across the state.

Mustapha, in a statement issued on Monday by his Media Assistant, Nasif Sholagberu, urged party faithful to participate actively in the exercise while maintaining peace, unity, and mutual respect.

The senator also expressed support for the aspiration of the Governor of Kwara State, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, who is the sole aspirant for the APC senatorial ticket in Kwara Central ahead of the 2027 general elections.
