Nigeria, July 7 -- Traditional rulers and community leaders in Moro Local Government Area of Kwara State have appealed to President Bola Tinubu, the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC), and Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq to support the emergence of a candidate from Moro for the House of Representatives seat.

In a letter jointly signed by community leaders and addressed to the President, APC National Chairman, the National Working Committee (NWC), the Kwara State governor, the state APC chairman, and other stakeholders, the leaders argued that Moro has remained loyal to the APC and progressive politics but has not been adequately compensated politically.
