Nigeria, Aug. 29 -- The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara State has expressed optimism that the party's current challenges will be resolved before the 2027 general elections.

The APC State Deputy Chairman, Abdullahi Samari said this on Saturday in Ilorin during the formal declaration of support by Hakeem Oladimeji Lawal for Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and the party's 2027 governorship candidate, Yakubu Salihu Danladi.

He acknowledged that the party was currently going through a difficult period but expressed confidence that things would improve before the election.

"Things will be better than this before election. It is a tough time for our party. But we will win the election," he said.
