Bangladesh, Aug. 3 -- Uttara University organised a programme, titled Smaraney July'24, to honour the courage of its martyrs and injured heroes of the July 2024 movement at its Multipurpose Hall on Monday, according to a press release.

The program commenced with a recitation from the Holy Quran by Sheikh Yasha Shan, Director of the Institutional Ranking Cell (IRC), followed by an inaugural address by Dr Shah Ahmed, Director of the Office of Student Affairs (OSA). Bobby Hajjaj, State Minister for Primary and Mass Education, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, joined the program as Chief Guest through a recorded video message.
