Dhaka, May 28 -- Two people have been killed and two others injured after a head-on collision between two motorcycles in Faridpur's Bhanga.

The fatal accident took place around 10:30pm on Tuesday in near Purba Sadardi, Bhanga Highway Police Sub-Inspector (SI) Mohammad Mamun said.

The dead have been identified as Ali Imran Sharif, 23, and Saiful Molla, 22, reports bdnews24.com.

Citing locals, SI Mamun said a motorcycle travelling towards Barishal from Dhaka collided head-on with another bike heading towards Bhanga from the opposite direction.

All four riders suffered serious injuries in the crash.
