Dhaka, April 5 -- Tabith Awal and Nazneen Ahmad have been appointed as members of the Board of Directors of National Bank PLC.

They were appointed as Directors by Bangladesh Bank on March 31, 2026, under the authority conferred by Sections 45 and 47(3) of the Bank Company Act, 1991, according to a press release.

The two newly appointed Directors participated in the 541st meeting of the Board of Directors of National Bank PLC on April 5, 2026.
