Dhaka, April 6 -- Tabith Awal and Nazneen Ahmad have been appointed as members of the Board of Directors of National Bank PLC.

Their appointments were made by Bangladesh Bank on March 31, 2026, under the authority conferred by Sections 45 and 47(3) of the Bank Company Act, 1991.

On Sunday, the two newly appointed Directors participated in the 541st meeting of the Board of Directors of National Bank PLC.
