Dhaka, June 5 -- H.E. Mr. Markus Leitner, Head of the Asia-Pacific Division at the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs, led a high-level delegation to Nestle Bangladesh PLC's Sreepur factory on 1 June 2026, accompanied by H.E. Mr. Reto Renggli, Ambassador of Switzerland to Bangladesh, and other senior officials.

The visit highlighted Nestle Bangladesh's contribution to the country's industrial and economic development since 1994, particularly in advancing local capability, innovation and employment, according to a press release.
