Bangladesh, Aug. 12 -- Sonali Bank PLC arranged a special board meeting to discuss the details of the 39th inspection report dated 31 December, 2024 among the representatives of the central bank, Sonali Bank Board of Directors and the bank's management authority.

Advertisement The 927th special board meeting was held at the conference room of its head office on Wednesday, according to a press release.

The meeting was chaired by Sonali Bank PLC Chairman Muhammed Mahbubur Rahman (current charge). Sonali Bank PLC Managing Director Md. Shawkat Ali Khan, members of the Board of Directors, Deputy Managing Directors, General Managers and top officials were attended the meeting.
