Dhaka, April 2 -- Shimanto Bank PLC has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dhaka Electricity Supply PLC (DESCO) at the DESCO's Head Office.

Under this agreement, DESCO clients will be able to perform bill payments through Shimanto Bank's Internet Banking (app & web) and Branch network, according to a media release.

The MoU was signed by Md. Nurul Azim, Managing Director & CEO, Shimanto Bank PLC, and Eng. S.M. Shah Sultan, Company Secretary, Dhaka Electricity Supply PLC (DESCO), on behalf of their respective organizations.
