Dhaka, June 16 -- Dutch-Bangla Bank PLC held its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM through a virtual platform.

The AGM was chaired by Ms. Sadia Rayen Ahmed, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank. The Chairman welcomed the honorable shareholders to the AGM, according to a press release.

The Audited Financial Statements of the Bank for the year ended December 31, 2025 were placed before the AGM.

The shareholders approved the Financial Statements and 30% Dividend (25% cash dividend and 5% Stock Dividend per share) for the year 2025.

During the meeting, shareholders made various observations & suggestions on the performance of the Bank.
