Bangladesh, Oct. 26 -- State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shama Obaed Islam today urged Spanish entrepreneurs and investors to explore Bangladesh's growing market and manufacturing capabilities, highlighting opportunities in diverse sectors to expand bilateral trade and investment.

She made the call while inaugurating the third Bangladesh-Spain Expo 2026 in Seville, Spain, reports BSS, citing a foreign ministry press release.

Around 40 Bangladeshi and Spanish firms showcased products from sectors including ready-made garments, leather, agro-processing, jute, chemicals and household items. Financial and logistical support for businesses was also highlighted at the expo.
