Dhaka, March 10 -- Md. Rezaul Karim Chowdhury has recently been promoted to the position of Deputy Managing Director (Finance & Accounts) of Grameen Bank, in recognition of his outstanding performance and valuable contributions to the institution.

According to a press release, the decision was made at the 173rd meeting of the Board of Directors of Grameen Bank. Prior to this promotion, he was serving as the General Manager of the Finance and Accounts Division of the organization.

Md. Rezaul Karim Chowdhury was born in West Dhemsha (Ward No. 6) village of Satkania Upazila in Chattogram district. He completed his Master's degree in Management from the University of Chittagong. In 1995, he joined Grameen Bank as a Probationary Officer.
