Bangladesh, Sept. 25 -- Rancon Motor Bikes, the manufacturer and authorised distributor of Japanese brand Suzuki motorcycles in Bangladesh, has taken the first formal step towards a stock-market listing by appointing a corporate adviser and an issue manager.

Advertisement The company has signed an agreement with Lion City Advisory for corporate and capital-market advisory services, while CBC Capital & Equity Management will act as the issue manager for the proposed listing, according to a press release.

Romo Rouf Chowdhury, managing director of Rancon Motor Bikes, and Ershad Hossain, executive director of Lion City Advisory, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
