Dhaka, April 23 -- RAJSHAHI: Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank (RAKUB) has successfully secured ISO/IEC 27001:2022 re-certification, reinforcing its commitment to safeguarding digital banking operations and strengthening cybersecurity amid growing cyber threats in the financial sector.

The certification was issued by UK-based accredited certification body A Cube TIC Limited, confirming that the bank's Information Security Management System (ISMS) meets internationally recognised standards.

A formal certificate handover ceremony was held on Wednesday at 4:00pm. During the event, Managing Director and CEO of QA PRO Limited, Md Jahangir Alam, formally handed over the certificate to RAKUB's Acting Managing Director Md Golam Mortuza.
