Dhaka, May 24 -- Ahead of Eid-ul-Adha, Prime Bank PLC has introduced what it says is Bangladesh's first Bangla QR-based cattle purchasing system, allowing customers to buy sacrificial animals digitally without carrying cash.

Under the new initiative, customers can visit selected cattle farm including, Eshan Cattle Farm of 100 feet gorur haat, Mymensingh Agro Farm of Mymensingh and Samarai Cattle Fardm of plot-1673, Rampura, Staff Quarter Road, nondipara and choose their preferred cattle and make payments instantly by scanning Bangla QR codes through the bank's MyPrime app, according to a press release.
