Dhaka, May 23 -- Prime Bank PLC has appointed Faisal Rahman as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), following approval from Bangladesh Bank.

A seasoned banking professional with over 30 years of experience, Mr. Rahman brings extensive expertise in commercial banking, corporate finance, structured finance, sustainable finance, and strategic leadership, according to a media release.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Additional Managing Director & Chief Business Officer of Wholesale Banking at Prime Bank PLC, where he led the Bank's Corporate Banking Transformation Program and strengthened relationships with key corporate clients.
