Bangladesh, Oct. 8 -- Bangladesh will organise its first overseas roadshow in Singapore next week to promote the offshore licensing round offering 26 sea blocks to potential international oil companies (IOCs).

The two-day event was expected to be held on October 15-16, a senior official of the Energy and Mineral Resources Division (EMRD) under the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources told The Financial Express on Wednesday.

The roadshow was being organised following a successful similar event in London during the World Energies Summit in late September, he said.
