Dhaka, April 28 -- Prof Niaz Ahmed Khan, former vice-chancellor of Dhaka University, has been appointed a consultant for Grameen University.

The Yunus Centre announced the decision on Tuesday, saying Prof Niaz joined the university as a senior strategic advisor, bdnews24.com reports.

"He will provide strategic guidance to support the university's institutional development and long-term growth," it says on Facebook.
