Bangladesh, Sept. 16 -- The 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of National Housing Finance PLC was held on Tuesday, 15th September, 2026 at 12.00 noon through a virtual platform.

In the meeting, the shareholders approved a 10 per cent cash dividend, i.e., Tk. 1.00 of per share of Tk. 10.00 each for the year 2025, according to a press release.
