Dhaka, Feb. 26 -- A 15-year-old girl was abducted from her father and later found dead in Narsingdi after her family sought justice over her rape, police, relatives and locals said.

Her body was found in a mustard field between Bilpar and Darikandi in Mahishashura Union of Sadar Upazila on Thursday, Prothom Alo reports.

The girl lived with her parents and brother in a rented house in the area. Her father works at a textile factory.

Police, the family and locals said Nura and five to six other youths took her away 15 days ago while she was returning home. The family said she was then raped.
