Dhaka, March 24 -- As part of a revenue-sharing arrangement, Nagad, one of the country's leading mobile financial service providers, has disbursed more than Tk 138.2 million (Tk 138,230,470) to the Bangladesh Post Office.

According to a press statement, this amount represents the Post Office's share of revenue generated by Nagad from January 2024 to June 2025.

The cheque was formally handed over on Tuesday at the Dak Bhaban in Agargaon in the capital by Nagad's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Afzal Ahmed, to Mr. Kazi Asadul Islam, Director General of the Department of Posts.
