Bangladesh, Aug. 25 -- The 26th Annual General Meeting of Union Insurance PLC was held on Tuesday (25th August 2026).

The Shareholders approved a 10% Cash dividend and expressed their satisfaction with the overall business performance of the Company & Achievement of the Company's Credit Rating of AAA.

After the AGM, the 157th Board of Directors Meeting was held at the Head Office, Dhaka, according to a press release.

In the Board of Directors Meeting, Director Mohammed Hasmot Ali was unanimously re-elected as Chairman of the Company & Md. Belayet Hossain was re-elected as Vice Chairman.
