Bangladesh, Oct. 15 -- Modhumoti Bank PLC held its second Shariah Supervisory Committee meeting on October 14, 2026, at the bank's Head Office in Gulshan.

The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Bank's Shariah Supervisory Committee, Hafiz Mufti Saiful Islam, according to a press release.

Members of the Shariah Supervisory Committee (SSC), Hafiz Mufti Zubair Abdullah, and Mufti Abu Bakar Siddique Nabil also attended the meeting.

Moreover, R.M. Sariful Islam, EVP & Chief of Islamic Banking Division; Nizam Uddin, AVP & Operational Head of Islamic Banking Division; Md. Niaz Mahmud, FAVP & Head of Shariah Secretariat; and officers from the Islamic Banking Division were present at the meeting.
