Dhaka, April 19 -- Midland Bank PLC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Axentec PLC, a subsidiary of Robi Axiata, to adopt advanced cloud technology for its data center management and computing needs.

The MoU signing ceremony was held at the Head Office of Midland Bank PLC in Gulshan-2, Dhaka, according to a press release.

Imtiaz U Ahmed, Managing Director & CEO of Midland Bank PLC., and Md. Adil Hossain Noble, Managing Director & CEO of Axentec PLC., signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
