Dhaka, April 29 -- The 179th Meeting of the Board of Directors of Midland Bank PLC was held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at the bank's Head Office Board Room in Dhaka.

The meeting was presided over by Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Chairman of the Board, according to a media release.
