Dhaka, April 30 -- Midland Bank PLC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sonic (Bangladesh) Ltd to provide advanced cash management solutions for efficient financial operations.

The MoU signing ceremony took place on April 29, 2026, according to a media release.

Imtiaz U. Ahmed, Managing Director & CEO of Midland Bank PLC, and Su Yongbao, Director of Sonic (Bangladesh) Ltd, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
