Dhaka, April 19 -- Midland Bank PLC organised a "Workshop on Leadership Excellence & Crisis Management" on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at the MDB Training Institute.

The workshop was arranged with the objective of enhancing leadership capabilities, strengthening operational efficiency, and equipping branch managers with effective strategies to handle dynamic business and crisis situations, according to a media release.
