Bangladesh, Oct. 18 -- Md. Abdul Matin has recently joined Janata Bank PLC as its new Deputy Managing Director (DMD). Prior to his elevation, he served as General Manager leading the Credit and Human Resources Divisions at the bank's Head Office.

Mr. Matin brings a distinguished three-decade career in commercial banking, having first joined Janata Bank PLC in 1993 as a Senior Officer (Financial Analyst). Over his tenure, he has directed critical operational and strategic units across both branch and corporate levels, according to a press release.
