Bangladesh, Oct. 6 -- May International Trade Services Ltd has acquired PMJ Asset Management Ltd, expanding its presence in Bangladesh's capital market and strengthening its focus on fund management, corporate portfolio management and corporate advisory services.

The acquisition is expected to create new opportunities in the country's investment management and corporate financial services sectors by combining May International's financial advisory expertise with PMJ Asset Management's capital market platform, according to a press release.
