Latif Siddique at tribunal, accompanied by brother Kader Siddique
Bangladesh, July 30 -- A day after his arrest, freedom fighter and former Awami League Praesidium member Abdul Latif Siddique was produced before the International Crimes Tribunal.
He was brought to the tribunal in a microbus by the police detectives on Thursday afternoon.
His younger brother, Krishak Sramik Janata League President Kader Siddique, was also seen at the court, reports bdnews24.com.
Latif is scheduled to be produced before Tribunal-2 headed by Justice Nazrul Islam Chowdhury following his arrest in connection with the Shapla Chattar case on charges of murder and crimes against humanity.
