Dhaka, July 1 -- IPDC Finance PLC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Building Technology & Ideas Ltd (bti) to expand access to home financing and offer exclusive benefits to prospective homebuyers through an integrated property and financing solution.
