Indian business delegation meets commerce minister
Bangladesh, Aug. 18 -- An Indian business delegation has proposed easing trade restrictions, simplifying visa procedures and launching joint initiatives in infrastructure and high-technology sectors to deepen economic ties between Bangladesh and India.

The proposals came at a meeting between Commerce Minister Khandaker Abdul Muktadir and a delegation of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) at the Secretariat on Tuesday.
CII Director General Chandrajit Banerjee led the delegation.
