Dhaka, May 16 -- Infrastructure Development Company Limited (IDCOL), Bangladesh's first Direct Access Entity (DAE) to the Green Climate Fund (GCF), is organising a week-long series of capacity building workshops and awareness sessions from 17-21 May 2026.

The initiative aims to strengthen understanding of global climate finance mechanisms, concessional financing opportunities and access pathways under the GCF programme among key stakeholders in Bangladesh, according to a press release.
