Dhaka, May 20 -- Speakers stressed the importance of early cancer detection and timely treatment during a recent cancer awareness programme organised by India's HCG Cancer Hospital, in collaboration with MedLab BD, at Hotel Rahmania Rooftop in Motijheel, Dhaka.

They said many cancer cases can be treated successfully if diagnosed during the early stages and spoke about modern cancer treatment technologies, including Gene Testing and CyberKnife, according to a press release.
