Bangladesh, Aug. 18 -- The government has formed a high-level 'National Social Dialogue Forum' (NSDF) aiming to foster industrial relations, strengthen tripartite dialogue, and formulate policy recommendations for the country's labour sector.

Advertisement The forum brings together government officials, business owners, labour leaders and independent experts, officials said.

The Ministry of Labour and Employment issued a gazette notification on August 13 regarding the formation of the forum under Section 348(Kha) of the Bangladesh Labour (Amendment) Act, 2026.
