Bangladesh, Sept. 8 -- Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology Minister Faqir Mahbub Anam has said Bangladesh's telecommunications policy is shifting from merely expanding connectivity to ensuring quality, affordability, reliability and meaningful access to digital services.
