Dhaka, June 21 -- State Minister for Primary and Mass Education Bobby Hajjaj today said the government will rebuild the country's education system based on moral learning.

Family values, moral education, civic responsibility, religious and cultural awareness will be incorporated while priority will be given to basic literacy and acquiring numeric knowledge at the primary level, he said.

He made the remarks at an exchange of views meeting at the Directorate of Primary Education at Mirpur in the capital, BSS reports citing a press release.

The state minister said the journey of curriculum reform for 2028 formally began today (Sunday).
