Bangladesh, Nov. 3 -- Dutch-Bangla Bank and Pragati Insurance PLC signed a Corporate Agent Agreement on November 2, 2026, at the bank's Head Office to introduce non-life insurance services under DBBL's bancassurance operations.

Advertisement The agreement was signed in the presence of Md. Ahteshamul Haque Khan, Managing Director & CEO of Dutch-Bangla Bank, and S. M. Shah Alom, Managing Director & CEO of Pragati Insurance PLC. Senior officials from both organizations also attended the ceremony, according to a media release.

Under this partnership, customers will have access to various non-life insurance products, including Motor, Travel, Group Health and Crop Insurance.
