Bangladesh, Oct. 7 -- A US$ 2.0-billion deal on the purchase of 10 European Airbus aircraft for enlarging Bangladesh's national-airline fleet will be made today, after the signing of agreement for 25 US Boeing airplanes.

The agreement for four A350-900 wide-body aircraft and six A321neo narrow-body jets will be signed at a ceremony titled 'Spreading Our Wings Together' at a Dhaka, officials said.

According to the officials, Biman Board Chairman Rumee A Hossain and President and Managing Director of Airbus India and South Asia Jurgen Westermeier will ink the deal on behalf of their respective sides.
