Dhaka, March 8 -- A court today (Sunday) ordered authorities to publish a gazette notice summoning Tulip Siddiq, niece of ousted prime minister Sheikh Hasina, and former assistant legal adviser of Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha, Sardar Mosharraf Hossain. They are accused of illegally taking a flat from a private developer in the capital's Gulshan-2 area.

Dhaka Metropolitan Senior Special Judge Md Sabbir Faiz passed the order this afternoon. The court also set March 29 for submitting the report in this connection, BSS reports.
