BB dissolves boards of four 'non-viable' NBFCs
Bangladesh, Aug. 12 -- Bangladesh Bank (BB) has dissolved the boards of directors of the four non-bank financial companies (NBFCs) and appointed administrators to run their affairs.

The central bank's move came just two days after it declared the NBFCs non-viable.
The institutions are: Aviva Finance Limited, FAS Finance & Investment Limited, International Leasing and Financial Services Limited, and Far East Finance & Investment Limited.
The administrators will assume all responsibilities previously exercised by the respective boards of directors, according to officials familiar with the development.
