Bangladesh, Sept. 1 -- Bangladesh Bank (BB) and Sammilito Islami Bank PLC have signed a Participatory Investment Agreement for the bank's participation in a Tk 3,000 crore refinancing fund aimed at promoting agricultural development and establishing a special agriculture-based economic center in North Bengal.

Advertisement The agreement was signed on Tuesday at the Jahangir Alam Conference Hall of Bangladesh Bank's head office, said a press release.
