Bangladesh, Aug. 16 -- British American Tobacco Bangladesh PLC. (BAT Bangladesh PLC.) has appointed Farah Noor as Company Secretary & Head of Compliance, making her the first woman Company Secretary in the Company's history. The appointment is effective July 23, 2026.

Advertisement Ms. Noor brings more than 25 years of legal and corporate experience, including over 20 years with BAT Bangladesh and over four years served as an Associate lawyer in one of the leading law firms of Bangladesh, according to a media release.
