Dhaka, May 18 -- Bank Asia Agent Banking organized a capacity building training on "Remittance Surokkha" alongside the "Agent Banking Business Conference-2026" at the BRAC Learning Center in Cumilla on 16 May 2026, according to a press release.

The program was arranged under the project "Leaving No-One Behind (LNOB) in the Digital Era in Bangladesh," supported by the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF).

Mr. Mohammad Ziaul Hasan Molla, Additional Managing Director of Bank Asia PLC, attended the event as the Chief Guest. Mr. Mirza Azhar Ahmad, Deputy Managing Director, along with other senior officials of the Bank and UNCDF representatives Mr. Md.
