Bangladesh, Sept. 25 -- Bangladesh and Kuwait have discussed expanding manpower exports, trade and investment as the two countries seek to deepen economic cooperation.

Advertisement Prime Minister Tarique Rahman and Kuwait's Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah held a bilateral meeting at Kuwait's Permanent Mission in New York on Friday, on the sidelines of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).

The two leaders exchanged views on ways to strengthen economic ties, with a focus on increasing manpower exports, expanding bilateral trade and investment, and broadening cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
