Anyone creating unrest to face consequences
Dhaka, June 22 -- The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has warned that anyone attempting to create unrest or pose security threats on June 23, marking the founding anniversary of the banned Awami League (AL), would face consequences.
RAB-2 Commander Additional DIG Md Naimul Hasan issued the warning while responding to queries from journalists at a press briefing, held at the RAB-2 headquarters at Bosila under Mohammadpur in the capital on Sunday afternoon.
The briefing was held in connection with a series of recent RAB-2 operations targeting organised criminal groups and recovery of illegal firearms.
